A new repelling non-stick ceramic coating allows butter, oil, and chemical-free cooking in the pans, which have rubberized soft-touch handles. The pans are dishwasher-safe and appropriate for all cooktops, including induction.

    Copper saucepans, frying pans and griddle pans - best I've had ever

    I purchased the 28cm frying pan, 28cm and 24cm square griddle pans, 14cm milk pan and the 16cm saucepan with a lid, as I wanted to replace some of my pots and pans. I have a ceramic hob and these cook the food well, evenly and thoroughly. These are nonstick and very easy to clean, so much so, they look like they are brand new and unused. I use a spray oil, only a little, either rapeseed or olive oil depending on what I am cooking. Just remember to use plastic or silicone utensils, not metal.I used the large (28cm) griddle pan to cook bacon, sausages, onions and tomatoes together, as the size of the griddle pan and being square, there was plenty of room to do so. They came out well-cooked, and tasty and the pan was easy to clean after. Would I recommend these, yes, without hesitation.

    I bought both sizes of these pans the larger one is great does not stick washes well but the smaller one totally different it gets used the most but everything sticks from the start and not easy to wash looking at them you wouldn’t believe they were a set so a bit disappointed would not risk buying again

    It does not move around on the cooker top like other ones do

    Nearly all the other frying pans we have had swirl around the the rings on top of the cooker this one stays still while cooking. So easy to clean and real value for money
