- You can request to cancel an order before processing (but this is not guaranteed). If processed but not delivered, refusal upon delivery is acceptable.
- Unused products can be returned within 60 days, subject to conditions:
- Products must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect resellable condition.
- Furniture must remain unassembled for eligibility.
Product Support
My item is faulty or damaged
- Notify us of any defects or failures within 7 working days of delivery for a valid claim.
- Defective or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
- Please contact our customer support team at support@homega.co.uk to initiate a return process.
