The mat has been filled with a non-toxic gel which is typically 5 to 10 degrees cooler than room temperatures, great for large breeds and thick-furred dogs.
To bring down the temperature of the mat remove your pet until it cools down naturally for about 1 Hour
Cleaning the mat is easy. Simply wipe the cover with a cloth and soapy water, then rinse with clean water before use.
