This Wooden Hedgehog House provides shelter for Hedgehogs and gives them places to hibernate during the winter and out of harms way. This is especially relevant nowadays as studies have shown that hedgehogs tend to nest in bonfire stacks before they are lit; with tragic results.
Made from untreated wood, these houses are ideal for hedgehogs as treated wood emits fumes that they can't handle. The house has a small opening at the front so the hedgehog can get in easily. Predators, such as foxes, however, stand no chance at getting inside.
The roof is made of high-quality bitumen keeps the house rainproof as the hedgehog rests safely inside.
