Braise, simmer and stew in one pot. This 22cm casserole from the FORGECROSS range by Urbn-Chef suits soups, stews, sauces and pasta on the hob. Its forged aluminium body and marble non-stick coating make it a pot you will reach for every day.
The pot is forged from 2.8mm aluminium, with a stainless steel base that works on induction hobs as well as gas, electric and ceramic. The marble ceramic coating is PTFE and PFOA free, so food releases easily with little fat needed. Black ergonomic bakelite handles stay cool on the hob and give a firm grip, and the vented glass lid lets you check on your cooking.
Wash the pot before first use. Use plastic or wooden utensils to protect the non-stick surface, as metal utensils will invalidate the warranty. The pot is dishwasher safe, so clearing up after cooking is simple.
