Overview
From a lattice-topped pie to a full batch of traybakes, this deep non-stick baking tray gives you plenty of room to bake, then a clip-on lid to keep everything fresh the moment it comes out of the oven.
The tray itself is made from aluminised steel with a non-stick coating, so cakes, pies and bakes lift out cleanly and the tray wipes clean afterwards. It's oven safe up to 230°C, giving you the heat you need for a proper golden crust or a well-risen sponge.
Once baking is done, clip the clear lid over the top and use the two fold-up handles to carry your bake to the table, a picnic or a friend's house without worrying about spills or a squashed lattice top. The lid keeps things fresh in the fridge or freezer, and both the tray and lid go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning afterwards, though the lid isn't suitable for the microwave.
At 36 x 23 x 4cm, there's enough depth for a proper traybake or a deep-filled pie, making this tray equally at home for everyday baking and for carrying food to the next event.
