Setting up is simple. Stand the trunk in the centre, then press the pedal with your foot and the four grip arms close in around it, drawing together on a linked cable to hold the tree firmly in place. You won't need to crawl under the branches to tighten anything by hand, and it holds trees up to 230cm tall.
Keeping a real tree fresh through the festive season comes down to water, and the 3.2l tank gives the trunk a generous supply. A built-in water level indicator shows at a glance when it's time for a top-up, so your tree is less likely to go thirsty between checks.
